You can enjoy free shipping if you purchase HKD1000 or above (after all discounts applied) in a single order. For orders below HKD1000, shipping fee has to be paid to the courier upon receiving your parcel. We use SF-express to deliver your orders.

We only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We perform quality checks before shipping your order.  If unfortunately, your order is of the abovementioned issues, please contact us immediately. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on sale items.
